AIR FUEL RATIO SENSOR REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  2. REMOVE POWER STEERING ECU ASSEMBLY


  3. REMOVE BATTERY TRAY (for LHD)

      Disconnect the fuel pipe clamp from the battery tray.

    2. Remove the 3 bolts and battery tray.

  4. REMOVE BATTERY TRAY (for RHD)

      Disconnect the wire harness clamp from the battery tray.

    2. Remove the 3 bolts and battery tray.

  5. REMOVE AIR FUEL RATIO SENSOR


    1. for Bank 1:


      1. Disconnect the air fuel ratio sensor connector.

      2. B003W4I

        Disconnect the 2 wire harness clamps from the wire harness bracket.

      3. B003VD6N01

        Using SST, remove the air fuel ratio sensor from the exhaust manifold RH.

    2. for Bank 2:


      1. Disconnect the air fuel ratio sensor connector.

      2. B003X7MN01

        Using SST, remove the air fuel ratio sensor from the exhaust manifold LH.
