ДОПОЛНИТЕЛЬНАЯ ФОРСУНКА ОТРАБОТАВШЕГО ТОПЛИВА УСТАНОВКА

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL FUEL INJECTOR SEAL

   
   

   1. Install a new fuel injector seal to the exhaust fuel addition injector assembly.

2. INSTALL EXHAUST FUEL ADDITION INJECTOR ASSEMBLY

   Note

   If there is foreign matter on the installation surface of the exhaust fuel addition injector assembly, be sure to clean the exhaust fuel addition injector assembly before installation.

   
   

   1. Install a new gasket, the exhaust fuel addition injector assembly, the nozzle holder clamp, and the washer with the bolt.

      Torque:

      29 N*m  { 296 kgf*cm, 21 ft.*lbf }

      Tech Tips

      Align the nozzle holder clamp with the cutouts of the exhaust fuel addition injector assembly as shown in the illustration.

3. INSTALL FUEL TUBE SUB-ASSEMBLY

4. INSTALL FUEL HOSE PROTECTOR

   
   

   1. Install the fuel hose protector with the bolt.

      Torque:

      21 N*m  { 209 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf }

   2. Connect the exhaust fuel addition injector connector.

   3. Attach the 2 clamps and connect the turbocharger connector.

   4. Connect the suction control valve connector and fuel temperature sensor connector to the fuel supply pump assembly.

5. INSTALL AIR CLEANER CASE

6. INSTALL AIR CLEANER FILTER ELEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY

7. INSTALL AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY

8. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

   Note

   When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.

9. BLEED AIR FROM FUEL SYSTEM

10. INSPECT FOR FUEL LEAK

11. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE COVER
