PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL OIL PUMP RELIEF VALVE


    1. Coat the oil pump relief valve and oil pump relief valve hole with engine oil.

    2. Insert the oil pump relief valve and oil pump relief valve spring into the oil pump body hole.

    3. Using a 22 mm socket wrench, install the oil pump relief valve plug.

      Torque:
      37 N*m  { 377 kgf*cm, 27 ft.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL OIL PUMP ROTOR SET


    1. A00YX96C04
      *1 Alignment Mark

      Coat the oil pump drive rotor and oil pump driven rotors with engine oil, and place them into the oil pump with the marks facing the oil pump cover side.

  3. INSTALL OIL PUMP COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the oil pump cover sub-assembly with the 6 bolts.

      Torque:
      8.8 N*m  { 90 kgf*cm, 78 in.*lbf }
