REAR BUMPER DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE

1. REMOVE NO. 2 LUGGAGE ROOM WIRE (w/ TOYOTA Parking Assist-sensor System)

2. REMOVE NO. 3 ULTRASONIC SENSOR (w/ TOYOTA Parking Assist-sensor System)

   Click here

3. REMOVE REFLEX REFLECTOR ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Reflex Reflector Assembly)

   
   

   1. 

      Remove the screw and clip.

   2. Detach the clamp.

   3. 

      Detach the guide and remove the reflex reflector assembly LH as shown in the illustration.

4. REMOVE REFLEX REFLECTOR ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Reflex Reflector Assembly)

   Tech Tips

   Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

5. REMOVE REAR FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Rear Fog Light)

6. REMOVE REAR FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Rear Fog Light)

   Tech Tips

   Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

7. REMOVE REAR BUMPER MOULDING (for Type A)

   
   

   1. Remove the 2 clips.

   2. Remove the 2 screws.

   3. Remove the 3 nuts and rear bumper moulding.

8. REMOVE REAR BUMPER PROTECTOR (for Type A)

   
   

   1. Remove the rear bumper protector.

      

9. REMOVE REAR BUMPER MOULDING (for Type B)

   
   

   1. Remove the 2 clips.

   2. Remove the 5 nuts and rear bumper moulding.
