WIPER ECU INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL WINDSHIELD WIPER RELAY ASSEMBLY (for LHD)


    1. Attach the 2 claws to install the windshield wiper relay assembly.

  2. INSTALL ECU INTEGRATION BOX RH (for LHD)

    A01CWNQ

    1. Install the ECU integration box RH with the 2 nuts and bolt.

      Torque:
      for Nut
      5.5 N*m  { 56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf }
      for Bolt
      11.5 N*m  { 117 kgf*cm, 8 ft.*lbf }
    2. A01CXJU

      Connect each connector.

  3. INSTALL GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR ASSEMBLY (for LHD)

  4. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (for LHD)

  5. INSTALL WINDSHIELD WIPER RELAY ASSEMBLY (for RHD)


    1. Attach the 2 claws to install the windshield wiper relay assembly.

  6. INSTALL ECU INTEGRATION BOX RH (for RHD)


    1. A01CXFG

      Install the ECU integration box RH with the 2 nuts and bolt.

      Torque:
      for Nut
      5.5 N*m  { 56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf }
      for Bolt
      11.5 N*m  { 117 kgf*cm, 8 ft.*lbf }
    2. A01CXC5

      Connect each connector.

  7. INSTALL FUSE BOX OPENING COVER (for RHD)
