WASHER MOTOR INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL LEVEL WARNING SWITCH ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the level warning switch assembly.

  2. INSTALL HEADLIGHT CLEANER CONTROL RELAY

    1. Attach the claw to install the headlight cleaner control relay.

  3. INSTALL HEADLIGHT CLEANER MOTOR AND PUMP ASSEMBLY

    1. Install the headlight cleaner motor and pump.

  4. INSTALL WINDSHIELD WASHER JAR ASSEMBLY


    1. Attach the guide to install the windshield washer jar and pump assembly with the 3 bolts.

      Torque:
      5.0 N*m  { 51 kgf*cm, 44 in.*lbf }

    2. Attach the 6 clamps and connect the 3 connectors.

  5. INSTALL WASHER INLET SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A00YWJM

      Install the washer inlet to the windshield washer jar and pump assembly.

    2. Install the clip.

  6. INSTALL WINDSHIELD WASHER MOTOR AND PUMP ASSEMBLY


    1. A00YXQB

      Install the windshield washer motor and pump assembly to the packing of the windshield washer jar assembly.

    2. Connect the connector.

  7. FILL UP WINDSHIELD WASHER JAR AND PUMP ASSEMBLY WITH WASHER FLUID

    1. Connect the 2 washer hoses to the windshield washer motor and pump, and fill the washer jar with washer fluid.

  8. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER RH

    1. Install the front fender liner RH with the 6 clips.

  9. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER
