POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR(for Rear Door) INSPECTION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSPECT POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ASSEMBLY LH


    1. A00YU7SC03
      *1 Motor Gear
      *a

      Component without harness connected

      (Power Window Regulator Motor Assembly LH)
      A00YXOY Clockwise
      A00YSPP Counterclockwise

      Apply battery voltage to connector terminals 1 (U) and 2 (D).

      Note

      Do not apply battery voltage to any terminals except terminals 1 (U) and 2 (D).

    2. Check that the motor gear rotates smoothly as follows.

      OK
      Measurement Condition Specified Condition

      Battery positive (+) → 2 (D)

      Battery negative (-) → 1 (U)

      		 Motor gear rotates clockwise

      Battery positive (+) → 1 (U)

      Battery negative (-) → 2 (D)

      		 Motor gear rotates counterclockwise

      If the result is not as specified, replace the power window regulator motor assembly LH.

  2. INSPECT POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ASSEMBLY RH

      *1 Motor Gear
      *a

      Component without harness connected

      (Power Window Regulator Motor Assembly RH)
      A00YXOY Clockwise
      A00YSPP Counterclockwise

      Apply battery voltage to connector terminals 1 (U) and 2 (D).

      Note

      Do not apply battery voltage to any terminals except terminals 1 (U) and 2 (D).

    2. Check that the motor gear rotates smoothly as follows.

      OK
      Measurement Condition Specified Condition

      Battery positive (+) → 2 (D)

      Battery negative (-) → 1 (U)

      		 Motor gear rotates counterclockwise

      Battery positive (+) → 1 (U)

      Battery negative (-) → 2 (D)

      		 Motor gear rotates clockwise

      If the result is not as specified, replace the power window regulator motor assembly RH.
