PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL COOLER DRYER


    1. A01V9SQC01
      *a Modulator

      Using pliers, install a new cooler dryer to the modulator.

    2. A01V76S

      Apply sufficient compressor oil to the O-ring and the fitting surface of a new cap.

      Refrigerant Compressor Oil
      HFC-134a (R134a) ND-OIL 8 or equivalent
      HFO-1234yf (R1234yf) ND-OIL 12 or equivalent
    3. A01V9YP

      Using a 14 mm hexagon socket wrench, install the cap to the modulator.

      Torque:
      3.9 N*m  { 40 kgf*cm, 35 in.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL CUSHION

    A01V8G3

    1. Install the 4 cushions.
