CONDENSER(for 2WW) ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION

PROCEDURE

1. INSPECT CONDENSER WITH RECEIVER ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. If the fins of the condenser with receiver assembly are dirty, clean them with water and dry with compressed air.

      Note

      Do not damage the condenser with receiver assembly.

   2. If any fins of the condenser with receiver assembly are bent, straighten them using a screwdriver or pliers.

2. INSPECT FOR REFRIGERANT LEAK

   
   

   1. Using a halogen leak detector, check pipe joints for refrigerant leaks.

   2. If a refrigerant leak is detected in a joint, check the torque of the joint.
