FUEL LID LOCK CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY(for LHD) INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL FUEL FILLER OPENING LID LOCK RETAINER


    1. A01CWB1

      Install the fuel filler opening lid lock retainer and turn the fuel filler opening lid lock retainer clockwise.

  2. INSTALL FUEL LID LOCK CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Attach the 7 clamps to install the fuel lid lock control cable sub-assembly.

    2. A01CXLU

      Attach the 2 claws to install the fuel lid lock control cable sub-assembly to the fuel filler opening lid lock retainer.

    3. Install the floor carpet.

  3. INSTALL FUEL LID LOCK OPEN LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Connect the fuel lid lock control cable to install the fuel lid lock open lever sub-assembly.

    2. Attach the guide.

    3. Install the fuel lid lock open lever sub-assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:
      8.0 N*m  { 82 kgf*cm, 71 in.*lbf }

  4. INSTALL LOWER CENTER PILLAR GARNISH LH

  5. INSTALL OUTER LAP BELT ANCHOR COVER (for LH Side)

  6. INSTALL DECK TRIM SIDE PANEL ASSEMBLY LH

    Click here

  7. INSTALL REAR DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP LH

    Click here

  8. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH

    Click here

  9. INSTALL FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP LH

  10. INSTALL COWL SIDE TRIM BOARD LH

    Click here

  11. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH

    Click here

  12. INSTALL REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY
