REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY(for RH Side) REASSEMBLY

CAUTION / NOTICE / HINT

CAUTION:

Wear protective gloves. Sharp areas on the seatback frame, seat cushion frame and reclining adjuster may injure your hands.

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK HEATER ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Seat Heater System)

  2. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER


    1. A01QS9NC01
      *1 Hog Ring Pliers

      Set the separate type rear seatback cover in place.

    2. Using hog ring pliers, install the separate type rear seatback cover to the rear seat cushion pad RH with 11 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the separate type rear seatback cover.

      • Be sure to securely install the hog rings as shown in the illustration while preventing wrinkles from forming on the separate type rear seatback cover.

    3. A01QOFBC01
      *1 Hog Ring Pliers

      Using hog ring pliers, install 2 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the separate type rear seatback cover.

      • Be sure to securely install the hog rings as shown in the illustration while preventing wrinkles from forming on the separate type rear seatback cover.

  3. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD


    1. Temporarily install the separate type rear seatback cover with pad to the rear seatback frame sub-assembly RH.

    2. A01QTMO

      Attach the 4 claws to install the 2 rear seat headrest supports.

    3. A01QRUC

      Attach the 6 hooks.

  4. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK BOARD RH


    1. A01QTPH

      Move the rear seatback board RH in the direction of the arrow to attach the guide.

    2. Attach the 5 claws to install the rear seatback board assembly RH.

    3. A01QQBY

      Close the 2 fasteners.

      *1 Hog Ring Pliers

      Using hog ring pliers, install 4 new hog rings and attach the 2 pieces of fastener.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the separate type rear seatback cover.

      • Be sure to securely install the hog rings as shown in the illustration while preventing wrinkles from forming on the separate type rear seatback cover.

  5. INSTALL NO. 1 SEATBACK ASSEMBLY RH


    1. A01QQO0

      Install the No. 1 seatback assembly RH to the rear seat reclining adjuster assembly RH with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

  6. INSTALL REAR SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY RH

  7. INSTALL REAR SEAT CENTER LAP TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY RH

    Click here

  8. INSTALL NO. 2 SEAT ADJUSTER CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY


    1. A01QRBJC01
      *1 Cable Clamp A
      *2 Clamp
      *3 Cable End
      *4 Cable Clamp B

      Pass the No. 2 seat adjuster control cable assembly through the hole of the rear seat reclining adjuster assembly RH.

    2. Attach the cable clamp (A).

    3. Install the 2 clamps.

    4. Connect the 2 cable ends in the order shown in the illustration.

    5. Attach the 2 cable clamps (B).

  9. INSTALL REAR SEAT REAR CUSHION MOULDING RH


    1. A01QSYQC01
      *1 Clamp
      *2 Guide

      Attach the guide and claw to install the rear seat rear cushion moulding RH.

    2. w/ Seat Belt Warning System:

      Attach the 2 clamps to connect the wire harness.

  10. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION MOULDING RH


    1. A01QOZ9

      Attach the 2 guides and claw to install the rear seat cushion moulding RH.

  11. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK HINGE SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Child Restraint System Guide)


    1. A01QSJB

      Attach the 2 claws to install the rear seatback hinge sub-assembly RH.

  12. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK HINGE SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Child Restraint System Guide)


    1. A01QOT3

      Attach the 2 claws to install the rear seatback hinge sub-assembly LH.

  13. INSTALL REAR SEAT COVER


    1. A01QRFA

      w/o Child Restraint System Guide:


      1. Attach the claw to install the rear seat cover.

      2. Install the clip and screw.

    2. A01QT1Q

      w/ Child Restraint System Guide:


      1. Attach the 4 claws to install the rear seat cover.

      2. Install the screw.

  14. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK COVER RH


    1. A01QOEO

      w/o Child Restraint System Guide:


      1. Attach the claw to install the rear seatback cover RH.

      2. Install the clip and screw.

      w/ Child Restraint System Guide:


      1. Attach the 4 claws to install the rear seatback cover RH.

      2. Install the screw.

  15. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY RH


    1. A01QS40

      Install the rear seat cushion frame sub-assembly RH with the 4 bushes and 4 bolts.

      Torque:
      21 N*m  { 214 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf }

    2. Connect the No. 2 seat adjuster control cable assembly to the rear seat cushion frame sub-assembly RH with the 3 clamps.

    3. Connect the cable end in the order shown in the illustration.

    4. Attach the cable clamp.

  16. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK COVER


    1. A01QRLC

      Attach the 2 claws to install the rear seatback cover.

  17. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION HEATER ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Seat Heater System)

  18. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER


    1. Set the separate type rear seat cushion cover in place.

      *1 Hog Ring Pliers

      Using hog ring pliers, install the separate type rear seat cushion cover to the rear seat cushion pad RH with 13 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the separate type rear seat cushion cover.

      • Be sure to securely install the hog rings as shown in the illustration while preventing wrinkles from forming on the separate type rear seat cushion cover.

      *1 Hog Ring Pliers

      Using hog ring pliers, install a new hog ring.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the separate type rear seat cushion cover.

      • Be sure to securely install the hog rings as shown in the illustration while preventing wrinkles from forming on the separate type rear seat cushion cover.

  19. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD

      *1 Hog Ring Pliers

      Using hog ring pliers, install 3 new hog rings.

    2. A01QRGM

      Install the separate type seat cushion cover with pad to the rear seat cushion frame sub-assembly RH with the 18 hooks.

    3. A01QRQZ

      w/ Seat Heater System:


      1. Connect the connector.

      2. Attach the 4 clamps to connect the wire harness.

  20. INSTALL REAR SEAT NO. 2 CUSHION HINGE COVER

    1. Attach the guide and 4 claws to install the rear seat No. 2 cushion hinge cover.

  21. INSTALL REAR SEAT NO. 1 CUSHION HINGE COVER


    1. A01QQY0

      Attach the guide and 4 claws to install the rear seat No. 1 cushion hinge cover.

  22. INSTALL RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE RH


    1. A01QOGX

      Install the reclining adjuster release handle RH with the 3 screws.

  23. INSTALL REAR SEAT COVER CAP RH


    1. A01QTFW

      Attach the 3 claws to install the rear seat cover cap RH.

  24. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the rear seat headrest assembly.
