REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY(for RH Side) INSTALLATION

CAUTION / NOTICE / HINT

CAUTION:

Wear protective gloves. Sharp areas on the seatback frame, seat cushion frame and reclining adjuster may injure your hands.

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL SEAT LEG BRACKET


    1. A01QOGU

      Attach the guide.

    2. Attach the clamp and install the seat leg bracket with the 4 bolts.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY RH


    1. Fully tilt the seatback forward.

    2. Place the rear seat assembly RH in the cabin.

      Note

      Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

    3. Temporarily install the rear seat assembly RH with the 5 bolts.

    4. A01QREKC04
      *1 Rubber Band

      Tighten the 3 bolts on the rear side of the seat.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

      Tech Tips

      Tighten the bolts in the order indicated in the illustration.

    5. w/ Seat Belt Warning System:

      Connect the 2 connectors.

    6. Pass the rear seat center lap type belt assembly RH through the rubber band of the separate type rear seat cushion cover.

      w/ Seat Heater System:


      1. Attach the wire harness clamp.

      2. Connect the connector.

    8. A01QPHJN01

      Tighten the 2 bolts on the front side of the seat.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

      Tech Tips

      Tighten the bolts in the order indicated in the illustration.

  3. INSTALL REAR SEAT NO. 2 LEG SIDE COVER


    1. A01QP6N

      Attach the 4 claws to install the rear seat No. 2 leg side cover.

  4. INSTALL REAR SEAT FRONT BRACKET COVER RH


    1. A01QOOS

      Attach the 2 guides and 4 claws to install the rear seat front bracket cover RH in the direction shown by the arrow in the illustration.

  5. CHECK SEAT HEATER SYSTEM
