REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY(for LH Side) DISASSEMBLY

Wear protective gloves. Sharp areas on the seatback frame, seat cushion frame and reclining adjuster may injure your hands.

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the rear seat headrest assembly.

  2. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER HEADREST ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the rear seat center headrest assembly.

  3. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT LAP TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY LH

  4. REMOVE CENTER ARMREST HINGE COVER RH

      Move the cover in the direction of the arrow (1) to detach the claw.

    2. Move the cover in the direction of the arrow (2) to remove the center armrest hinge cover RH.

  5. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST ASSEMBLY


    1. A01QOSU

      Remove the bolt, washer and rear seat center armrest assembly.

  6. REMOVE REAR SEAT NO. 1 CENTER ARMREST PLATE


    1. A01QOM9

      Remove the rear seat No. 1 center armrest plate.

  7. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK NO. 1 BOARD CAP

      *1 Protective Tape

      Using a screwdriver, detach the 3 claws to remove the rear seatback No. 1 board cap.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  8. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE LH


    1. A01QS76

      Remove the 3 screws and reclining adjuster release handle LH.

  9. REMOVE REAR SEAT NO. 3 CUSHION HINGE COVER


    1. A01QRGL

      Detach the 4 claws.

    2. Detach the guide to remove the rear seat No. 3 cushion hinge cover.

  10. REMOVE REAR SEAT LOWER CUSHION HINGE COVER LH

    1. Detach the 4 claws.

    2. Detach the guide to remove the rear seat lower cushion hinge cover LH.

  11. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD

      w/ Seat Heater System:


      1. Disconnect the connector.

      2. Detach the 4 clamps to disconnect the wire harness.

    2. Detach the 22 hooks.

      Remove the 3 hog rings and separate type seat cushion cover with pad from the rear seat cushion frame sub-assembly LH.

  12. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER


    1. A01QTJH

      Remove the 2 hog rings.

    2. A01QTRX

      Remove the 13 hog rings and separate type rear seat cushion cover from the rear seat cushion pad LH.

  13. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION HEATER ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Seat Heater System)

  14. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK COVER

      *1 Protective Tape

      Using a screwdriver, detach the 2 claws to remove the rear seatback cover.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  15. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY LH


    1. Detach the cable clamp.

      *1 Cable Clamp *2 Cable End
      *3 Clamp - -

    2. Disconnect the cable end in the order shown in the illustration.

    3. Remove the 3 clamps to disconnect the No. 2 seat adjuster control cable assembly from the rear seat cushion frame sub-assembly LH.

    4. A01QOOF

      Remove the 4 bolts, 4 bushes and rear seat cushion frame sub-assembly LH.

  16. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK COVER RH

      w/o Child Restraint System Guide:


      1. Remove the clip and screw.

      2. Using a screwdriver, detach the claw to remove the rear seatback cover RH.

        Tech Tips

        Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

      w/ Child Restraint System Guide:


      1. Remove the screw.

      2. Detach the 4 claws to remove the rear seatback cover RH.

  17. REMOVE REAR SEAT COVER

      w/o Child Restraint System Guide:


      1. Remove the clip and screw.

      2. Using a screwdriver, detach the claw to remove the rear seat cover.

        Tech Tips

        Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

      w/ Child Restraint System Guide:


      1. Remove the screw.

      2. Detach the 4 claws to remove the rear seat cover.

  18. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK HINGE SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Child Restraint System Guide)

      Using a screwdriver, detach the 2 claws to remove the rear seatback hinge sub-assembly LH.

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  19. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK HINGE SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Child Restraint System Guide)

      *1 Protective Tape

      Using a screwdriver, detach the 2 claws to remove the rear seatback hinge sub-assembly RH.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  20. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION MOULDING LH


    1. A01QUKY

      Detach the claw and 3 guides to remove the rear seat cushion moulding LH.

  21. REMOVE REAR SEAT REAR CUSHION MOULDING LH

    1. w/ Seat Belt Warning System:

      Detach the 2 clamps to disconnect the wire harness.

    2. Detach the claw and guide to remove the rear seat rear cushion moulding LH.

  22. REMOVE NO. 2 SEAT ADJUSTER CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY

      *1 Cable Clamp A
      *2 Cable End
      *3 Clamp
      *4 Cable Clamp B

      Detach the 2 cable clamps (A).

    2. Disconnect the 2 cable ends in the order shown in the illustration.

    3. Remove the 2 clamps.

    4. Detach the cable clamp (B).

    5. Pass the No. 2 seat adjuster control cable assembly through the hole of the rear seat reclining adjuster assembly LH to remove the No. 2 seat adjuster control cable assembly.

  23. REMOVE REAR SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH


    1. A01QPDS

      Remove the bolt and rear seat inner belt assembly LH.

  24. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEATBACK ASSEMBLY LH


    1. A01QSGF

      Remove the 3 bolts and rear No. 1 seatback assembly LH from the rear seat reclining adjuster assembly LH.

  25. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK BOARD LH


    1. A01QT1X

      Remove the 6 hog rings.

    2. A01QSDS

      Open the 2 fasteners.

    3. A01QT1T

      Detach the 7 claws.

    4. Move the rear seatback board LH in the direction of the arrow to detach the guide to remove the rear seatback board assembly LH.

  26. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD


    1. A01QP6P

      Detach the 9 hooks.

    2. A01QSGM

      Detach the 8 claws to remove the 4 rear seat headrest supports.

    3. A01QRNY

      Detach the 9 hooks to remove the separate type rear seatback cover with pad from the rear seatback frame sub-assembly LH.

  27. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER


    1. A01QOE9

      Remove the 5 hog rings.

    2. A01QT59

      Remove the 11 hog rings and separate type rear seatback cover from the separate type rear seatback pad.
