ULTRASONIC SENSOR(for Rear) REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE REAR QUARTER PANEL MUDGUARD LH (w/ Mudguard)

  2. REMOVE REAR QUARTER PANEL MUDGUARD RH (w/ Mudguard)

    Click here

  3. REMOVE REAR BUMPER COVER

    Click here

  4. REMOVE NO. 2 LUGGAGE ROOM WIRE

    *A w/o Rear Fog Light *B w/ Rear Fog Light

    1. w/o Rear Fog Light:

      Disconnect the 4 connectors.

    2. w/ Rear Fog Light:

      Disconnect the 6 connectors.

    3. Detach the 6 clamps and remove the No. 2 luggage room wire.

  5. REMOVE NO. 3 ULTRASONIC SENSOR


    1. Detach the 4 claws and remove the No. 3 ultrasonic sensor as shown in the illustration.

      Tech Tips


      • The illustration shows the No. 3 ultrasonic sensor for the LH corner and back sensor RH. The horizontal orientation of the No. 3 ultrasonic sensor for the RH corner and back sensor LH is opposite that of the image shown in the illustration.

      • Use the same procedure for all No. 3 ultrasonic sensors.
