DESCRIPTION
The clearance warning buzzer sounds to alert the driver. The sounding pattern changes depending on the distance to an obstacle.

PROCEDURE
CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (CLEARANCE WARNING ECU ASSEMBLY - NO. 1 CLEARANCE WARNING BUZZER)
Disconnect the G34 No. 1 clearance warning buzzer connector.
Disconnect the G33 clearance warning ECU assembly connector.
Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

CHECK NO. 1 CLEARANCE WARNING BUZZER
Temporarily replace the No. 1 clearance warning buzzer with a new or normally functioning one.
Check that the clearance warning buzzer sounds properly when the Toyota parking assist-sensor system detects an obstacle.
