  2. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY - BATTERY AND BODY GROUND)

      Disconnect the radio receiver assembly connectors.

    2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      G46-7 (GND1) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω
    3. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Voltage
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      G46-4 (+B1) - Body ground Always 11 to 14 V
      G46-3 (ACC1) - Body ground Ignition switch ACC 11 to 14 V
      Ignition switch off Below 1 V

  3. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY - ENGINE STOP AND START ECU AND BODY GROUND)


    1. Disconnect the G46 radio receiver assembly connector.

    2. Disconnect the G87 engine stop and start ECU connector.

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      G46-4 (+B1) - G87-2 (BOI) Always Below 1 Ω
      G46-3 (ACC1) - G87-3 (ACO) Always Below 1 Ω
      G46-7 (GND1) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω
      G46-4 (+B1) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      G46-3 (ACC1) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
