BRAKE ACTUATOR(w/o VSC) DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE

1. REMOVE NO. 1 BRAKE ACTUATOR BRACKET

   
   

   1. 

      Remove the 3 bolts and brake actuator from the brake actuator bracket.

2. REMOVE BRAKE ACTUATOR CASE COLLAR

   
   

   1. Remove the 3 brake actuator case collars from the 3 brake actuator bolt cushions.

3. REMOVE BRAKE ACTUATOR BOLT CUSHION

   
   

   1. Remove the 3 brake actuator bolt cushions from the brake actuator bracket.
