      Bounce the vehicle up and down at the corners to stabilize the suspension and inspect toe-in.

      C - D: 2.3 +/-1 mm (0.09 +/-0.04 in.)

      Tech Tips

      If the toe-in is not within the specified range, inspect the suspension parts and replace them if necessary.

  4. ADJUST TOE-IN

    1. Loosen the toe adjust cam nut.

    2. B0029F1

      Turn the adjust cams by an equal amount to adjust the toe-in.

      C - D: 2.3 +/-1 mm (0.09 +/-0.04 in.)

      Tech Tips


      • Try to adjust the toe-in to the center value.

      • The toe-in will change by approximately 3.6 mm (0.142 in.) for each gradation of the cam.

    3. B002AOJ

      Tighten the toe adjust cam nut.

      Torque:
      120 N*m  { 1224 kgf*cm, 89 ft.*lbf }
  5. INSPECT CAMBER

    1. Install a camber-caster-kingpin gauge or set the vehicle on a wheel alignment tester.

    2. Inspect the camber.

      If the measured value is not within the specified range, inspect the suspension parts for damage and wear. Replace parts as necessary as the camber cannot be properly adjusted with any damaged or worn parts.

  6. PLACE FRONT WHEELS FACING STRAIGHT AHEAD

  7. PERFORM YAW RATE SENSOR ZERO POINT CALIBRATION
