REVOLUTION SENSOR INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL TRANSMISSION REVOLUTION SENSOR (NOUT)

   
   

   1. Coat a new O-ring with CVT fluid FE and install it to the transmission revolution sensor (NOUT).

   2. Install the transmission revolution sensor (NOUT) with the bolt.

      Torque:

      5.4 N*m  { 55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf }

   3. Connect the transmission revolution sensor connector.

2. INSTALL TRANSMISSION REVOLUTION SENSOR (NIN)

   
   

   1. Coat a new O-ring with CVT fluid FE and install it to the transmission revolution sensor (NIN).

   2. Install the transmission revolution sensor (NIN) with the bolt.

      Torque:

      5.4 N*m  { 55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf }

   3. Connect the transmission revolution sensor connector.

3. INSTALL TRANSMISSION REVOLUTION SENSOR (NT)

   
   

   1. Coat a new O-ring with CVT fluid FE and install it to the transmission revolution sensor (NT).

   2. Install the transmission revolution sensor (NT) with the bolt.

      Torque:

      5.4 N*m  { 55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf }

   3. Connect the transmission revolution sensor connector.

6. INSTALL BATTERY TRAY

7. INSTALL BATTERY

8. INSTALL BATTERY CLAMP SUB-ASSEMBLY

9. INSTALL AIR CLEANER CASE SUB-ASSEMBLY

10. INSTALL AIR CLEANER CAP AND HOSE

11. INSTALL NO. 2 CYLINDER HEAD COVER
