REMOVE CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE TRANSAXLE ASSEMBLY
REMOVE TRANSFER ASSEMBLY
REMOVE CVT TYPE T OIL SEAL (OUTER)

Using a screwdriver with protective tape wound around the tip, pry out the CVT type T oil seal.
Note
Be careful not to damage the housing.
REMOVE CVT TYPE T OIL SEAL (INNER)
Using SST, tap out the CVT type T oil seal oil seal.
Note
Be careful not to damage the housing.
INSTALL CVT TYPE T OIL SEAL (INNER)
Using SST and a hammer, tap in a new CVT type T oil seal.

| -0.5 to 0.5 mm (-0.0197 to 0.0197 in.) |
Note
Do not damage the lip of the CVT type T oil seal.
Coat the lip of the CVT type T oil seal with MP grease.
INSTALL CVT TYPE T OIL SEAL (OUTER)
Coat the lip of a new CVT type T oil seal with MP grease.
Using SST and a hammer, tap in the CVT type T oil seal.

Do not damage the lip of the CVT type T oil seal.
