CLUTCH RELEASE CYLINDER(for Diesel) REASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL RELEASE CYLINDER BLEEDER PLUG


    1. Install the release cylinder plug to the release cylinder body.

      Torque:
      8.3 N*m  { 85 kgf*cm, 73 in.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL CLUTCH RELEASE CYLINDER KIT


    1. Install the bleeder plug cap on the release cylinder bleeder plug.

    2. Install a new compression spring on the release cylinder body.

    3. A00YSJI

      Coat the parts with lithium soap base glycol grease to the areas shown in the illustration.

    4. Install a new release cylinder piston on the release cylinder body.

      Note

      Be careful not to damage the inside of the release cylinder body.

    5. Install the No. 1 clutch release cylinder push rod on the release cylinder body.

    6. Install the clutch release cylinder boot on the release cylinder body.
