CLUTCH RELEASE CYLINDER(for Diesel) DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE

1. REMOVE CLUTCH RELEASE CYLINDER KIT

   
   

   1. Remove the clutch release cylinder boot from the release cylinder body.

   2. Remove the No. 1 clutch release cylinder push rod from the release cylinder body.

   3. Remove the release cylinder piston from the release cylinder body.

      Note

      Be careful not to damage the inside of the release cylinder body.

   4. Remove the compression spring from the release cylinder body.

   5. Remove the bleeder plug cap from the release cylinder bleeder plug.

2. REMOVE RELEASE CYLINDER BLEEDER PLUG

   
   

   1. Remove the release cylinder bleeder plug from the release cylinder body.
