INTERCOOLER INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL NO. 2 RADIATOR SUPPORT

   
   

   1. Install the 2 No. 2 radiator supports with the 4 bolts to the intercooler assembly.

      Torque:

      11 N*m  { 112 kgf*cm, 8 ft.*lbf }

2. INSTALL CUSHION

   
   

   1. Install the 2 cushions to the No. 2 radiator supports.

3. INSTALL INTERCOOLER ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. Install the intercooler assembly to the radiator assembly with the 4 bolts.

      Torque:

      11 N*m  { 112 kgf*cm, 8 ft.*lbf }

4. INSTALL NO. 2 AIR TUBE

5. INSTALL COOLER CONDENSER ASSEMBLY

6. INSTALL UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT
