EGR BYPASS VALVE SWITCHING VALVE INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL NO. 1 VACUUM SWITCHING VALVE ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. Using a 4 mm hexagon socket wrench, install the No. 1 vacuum switching valve assembly with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:

      5.0 N*m  { 51 kgf*cm, 44 in.*lbf }

   2. Connect the 2 vacuum transmitting hoses to the No. 1 vacuum switching valve assembly.

   3. Connect the No. 1 vacuum switching valve connector.
