PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE ECM

    Click here

  2. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER LH

    Click here

  3. REMOVE NO. 1 RELAY BLOCK COVER

  4. SEPARATE WIRE HARNESS

      Remove the 2 nuts.

    2. Disconnect the 2 connectors and disengage the 2 clamps to separate the wire harness.

  5. SEPARATE ENGINE ROOM RELAY BLOCK AND LOWER RELAY BLOCK COVER


    1. for LHD:


      1. A01LVLE

        Disconnect the wireless door lock buzzer connector.

    2. A01M1OK

      Disconnect the front speed sensor connector.

    3. A01LV8Y

      Disengage the 2 wire harness clamps to separate the wire harness.

      Disengage the 2 wire harness clamps.

    5. Remove the 3 bolts.

    6. Disengage the claw and guide, and push the engine room relay block and lower relay block cover toward the inside of the engine compartment.

      Note

      Do not forcibly push the engine room relay block and lower relay block cover as a wire harness is still connected.

    7. A01LUZP

      Disengage the 10 claws and separate the engine room relay block from the lower relay block cover.

    8. A01LXWF

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the wire harness cover.

  6. REMOVE NO. 1 INTEGRATION RELAY


    1. A01LY2Q

      Disengage the 2 claws and pull the No. 1 integration relay out from the engine room relay block.

      Tech Tips

      By spreading the wire harness indicated by the circle in the illustration, the No. 1 integration relay is easier to pull out.

    2. Disconnect the 3 No. 1 integration relay connectors to remove the No. 1 integration relay.
