КОРПУС ДРОССЕЛЬНОЙ ЗАСЛОНКИ ДИЗЕЛЬНОГО ДВИГАТЕЛЯ УСТАНОВКА

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL DIESEL THROTTLE BODY ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. Install a new gasket and the diesel throttle body assembly with the 2 nuts and 2 bolts.

      Torque:

      11 N*m  { 112 kgf*cm, 8 ft.*lbf }

   2. Connect the connector to the diesel throttle body assembly.

   3. Connect the No. 6 water by-pass hose to the diesel throttle body assembly, and slide the clip to secure it.

   4. Connect the No. 7 water by-pass hose to the diesel throttle body assembly, and slide the clip to secure it.

2. INSTALL NO. 3 AIR HOSE

   
   

   1. 

      *a	Embossed Mark
      *b	Rear
      *c	RH
      *d	Paint Mark

      Align the embossed mark of the throttle body with the paint mark of the No. 3 air hose.

   2. Align the embossed mark of the No. 2 air tube within the paint mark of the No. 3 air hose.

   3. 

      Tighten the hose clamp of the No. 3 air hose on the diesel throttle body assembly side.

      Tech Tips

      
      

      • Align the paint mark of the air hose with the protrusion and push in the air hose so that distance B is 0 to 2 mm (0 to 0.0787 in.).

      • Position the clamp so that distance A is 4 to 9 mm (0.157 to 0.354 in.).

   4. 

      Tighten the hose clamp of the No. 3 air hose on the No. 2 air tube side.

      Tech Tips

      
      

      • Align the paint mark of the air hose with the protrusion and push in the air hose so that distance B is 0 to 2 mm (0 to 0.0787 in.).

      • Position the clamp so that distance A is 9 to 15 mm (0.354 to 0.591 in.).

3. ADD ENGINE COOLANT

4. INSPECT FOR COOLANT LEAK

5. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER

6. INSTALL FRONT LOWER BUMPER ABSORBER

7. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE COVER

8. PERFORM INITIALIZATION
