FRONT CONSOLE BOX INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL REAR CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. 

      Engage the 4 guides as shown in the illustration.

   2. Install the rear console box assembly with the 2 bolts and 4 screws.

2. INSTALL CONSOLE BOX CARPET

   
   

   1. Install the console box carpet.

3. INSTALL REAR CONSOLE BOX COVER (w/o Power Outlet Socket)

   
   

   1. Install the rear console box cover.

4. INSTALL LOWER CONSOLE COVER

   
   

   1. Connect each connector.

   2. Engage the clamp.

   3. Engage the 6 clips to install the lower console cover.

5. INSTALL UPPER CONSOLE PANEL

   
   

   1. Connect each connector.

   2. Engage the 6 clips to install the upper console panel.

6. INSTALL UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. Engage the 3 claws and 5 clips to install the upper console panel sub-assembly.

7. INSTALL FRONT NO. 2 CONSOLE BOX INSERT

   
   
   1. 

      *a	Guide <A>
      *b	Guide <B>

      Push the front No. 2 console box insert in the direction indicated by the arrow (1) to engage the guide <B> as shown in the illustration.

   2. Push the front No. 2 console box insert in the direction indicated by the arrow (2) to engage the claw, 3 clips and guide <A> to install the front No. 2 console box insert.

8. INSTALL FRONT NO. 1 CONSOLE BOX INSERT

   
   
   1. 

      *a	Guide <A>
      *b	Guide <B>

      Push the front No. 1 console box insert in the direction indicated by the arrow (1) to engage the guide <B> as shown in the illustration.

   2. Push the front No. 1 console box insert in the direction indicated by the arrow (2) to engage the claw, 3 clips and guide <A> to install the front No. 1 console box insert.

9. INSTALL LOWER NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL

10. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE AUXILIARY BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.
