REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY(for Hatchback) DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE REAR SEAT INNER WITH CENTER BELT ASSEMBLY RH (for RH Side)

      Remove the washer to disconnect the rear seat inner with center belt assembly RH from the rear center seat outer belt assembly.

  2. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK COVER (for RH Side)

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the rear seatback cover.

  3. REMOVE CENTER ARMREST HINGE COVER (w/ Center Armrest)

      Disengage the claw and remove the center armrest hinge cover as shown in the illustration.

  4. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST ASSEMBLY (w/ Center Armrest)

      Remove the bolt and bush.

      Disengage the pin as indicated by the arrows, in the order shown in the illustration and remove the rear seat center armrest assembly.

    3. A00YN8C

      Remove the bush as shown in the illustration.

  5. REMOVE SEAT BELT ANCHOR COVER CAP (for RH Side)

      Disengage the 2 claws to remove the seat belt anchor cover cap.

  6. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT COVER (for RH Side)

      Disengage the 2 claws and 2 guides.

    2. A00YNS3

      Remove the rear seat shoulder belt cover as shown in the illustration.

  7. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK BEZEL RH (for RH Side)

      Disengage the 5 claws to remove the rear seatback lock bezel RH.

  8. REMOVE SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD (for RH Side)

      Using a clip remover, remove the 3 clips.

    2. A00YO6YC01
      *a Fastener

      Disengage the 2 fasteners as shown in the illustration.

    3. A00YP3T

      Disengage the 2 clips.

    4. A00YNUZ

      Open the fastener as shown in the illustration.

    5. A00YO35

      Disengage the 3 hooks.

    6. A00YMSJ

      Disengage the 2 hooks.

    7. A00YODK

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear seat headrest supports.

    8. A00YNBE

      w/ Center Headrest:


      1. Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear seat headrest supports.

      Pass the rear center seat outer belt assembly through the seatback cover with pad and remove the seatback cover with pad from the rear seatback frame sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

  9. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER RH (for RH Side)

      w/o Center Armrest:


      1. Remove the 7 hog rings and remove the separate type rear seatback cover RH from the separate type rear seatback pad RH.

    2. A00YO3E

      w/ Center Armrest:


      1. Remove the 7 hog rings and remove the separate type rear seatback cover RH from the separate type rear seatback pad RH.

  10. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY (for RH Side)

  11. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK ASSEMBLY RH (for RH Side)


    1. A00YMTK

      Remove the 2 bolts.

    2. Disengage the lock clip and remove the rear seatback lock assembly RH from the rear seatback frame sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

  12. REMOVE REAR SEAT LOCK CONTROL LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (for RH Side)

      Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the 2 guides and remove the rear seat lock control lever sub-assembly RH.

  13. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK COVER (for LH Side)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the RH side.

  14. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK BEZEL LH (for LH Side)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the RH side.

  15. REMOVE SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD (for LH Side)

      Using a clip remover, remove the 2 clips.

      *a Fastener

      Disengage the 2 fasteners as shown in the illustration.

      Disengage the 2 clips.

    4. A00YNOW

      Open the fastener as shown in the illustration.

    5. A00YNJU

      Disengage the 4 hooks.

    6. A00YOOT

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear seat headrest supports.

      Remove the seatback cover with pad from the rear seatback frame sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

  16. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER LH (for LH Side)


    1. A00YOO9

      Remove the 7 hog rings and remove the separate type rear seatback cover LH from the separate type rear seatback pad LH.

  17. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK ASSEMBLY LH (for LH Side)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the RH side.

  18. REMOVE REAR SEAT LOCK CONTROL LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (for LH Side)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the RH side.

  19. REMOVE BENCH TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER


    1. Remove the 32 hogs rings.

    2. Remove the 24 hog rings and remove the bench type rear seat cushion cover from the bench type rear seat cushion pad.
