ULTRASONIC SENSOR(for Wagon Rear Side) REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE REAR BUMPER ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure for all No. 1 ultrasonic sensors.


    1. Disengage the clamp.

    2. Disconnect the connector.

    3. A01KS95

      Disengage the 2 claws to remove the No. 1 ultrasonic sensor.

      Tech Tips

      This illustration is for the LH corner. The orientation for the RH corner is the opposite of the LH corner.

  3. REMOVE NO. 3 ULTRASONIC SENSOR

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure for all No. 3 ultrasonic sensors.


    1. Disengage the clamp.

    2. Disconnect the connector.

      Disengage the 2 claws to remove the No. 3 ultrasonic sensor.

      Tech Tips

      This illustration is for the LH side. The orientation for the back sensor RH side is the same as the back sensor LH side.

  4. REMOVE NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure for all No. 1 ultrasonic sensor retainers.


    1. A01KSSH

      Remove the No. 1 ultrasonic sensor retainer from the rear bumper assembly.

      Tech Tips

      This illustration is for the LH corner. The orientation for the RH corner is the opposite of the LH corner.

    2. Remove the old double-sided tape from the rear bumper assembly.

  5. REMOVE NO. 3 ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure for all No. 3 ultrasonic sensor retainers.

      Remove the No. 3 ultrasonic sensor retainer from the rear bumper assembly.

      Tech Tips

      This illustration is for the LH side. The orientation for the RH side is the same as the LH side.

    2. Remove the old double-sided tape from the rear bumper assembly.
