This circuit provides power to operate the clearance warning ECU assembly.

PROCEDURE


  1. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (CLEARANCE WARNING ECU ASSEMBLY POWER SOURCE, BODY GROUND)


    1. Disconnect the E98 clearance warning ECU assembly connector.

    2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      E98-16 (E) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω

    3. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Voltage
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      E98-18 (IG) - E98-16 (E) Power switch on (IG) 11 to 14 V
