Tech Tips


  • Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.


  • The procedure described below is for the LH side.

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY


    1. for Halogen Headlight:


      1. Connect the 2 connectors.

      2. Engage the 2 clamps.

    2. for HID Headlight:


      1. Connect the 2 connectors.

      2. Engage the clamp.

    3. A00YONT

      Engage the claw to temporarily install the headlight assembly.

    4. Install the headlight assembly with the screw and 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      Bolt
      5.9 N*m  { 60 kgf*cm, 52 in.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL NO. 2 RADIATOR AIR GUIDE


    1. Install the No. 2 radiator air guide with the 5 clips.

  3. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY

  4. CONNECT CABLE TO AUXILIARY BATTERY NEGATIVE TERMINAL (for HID Headlight)

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.

  5. INSTALL BATTERY BOX COVER (for HID Headlight)

  6. ADJUST HEADLIGHT AIMING
