FUEL LID LOCK CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY(for Wagon LHD) INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL FUEL LID LOCK CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Front Side)


    1. Engage the 9 clamps to install the fuel lid lock control cable sub-assembly.

    2. Return the floor carpet to the original position.

  2. INSTALL FUEL LID LOCK CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Rear Side)


    1. A01KTUN

      Insert the fuel lid lock control cable sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

    2. Engage the 2 claws to install the fuel lid lock control cable sub-assembly.

    3. Engage the clamp.

    4. Connect the fuel lid lock control cable sub-assembly.

  3. INSTALL FUEL LID LOCK OPEN LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Connect the fuel lid lock control cable sub-assembly to the fuel lid lock open lever sub-assembly.

    2. A01KTRS

      Engage the guide as shown in the illustration.

    3. Install the fuel lid lock open lever sub-assembly with the screw.

      Torque:
      5.5 N*m  { 56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf }

  4. INSTALL NO. 1 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY WITH BOX (w/ Woofer)

  5. INSTALL TONNEAU COVER HOLDER BRACKET LH (w/ Woofer)

  6. INSTALL DECK TRIM SIDE PANEL ASSEMBLY LH

  7. INSTALL RECLINING REMOTE CONTROL BEZEL LH

  8. INSTALL NO. 2 DECK SIDE TRIM HOOK

  9. INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH LH

    Click here

  10. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK HINGE SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

  11. INSTALL CENTER PILLAR LOWER GARNISH LH

  12. CONNECT FRONT SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH

  13. INSTALL LAP BELT OUTER ANCHOR COVER (for LH Side)

  14. INSTALL REAR DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP LH

  15. INSTALL REAR UNDER SIDE COVER LH

  16. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH

  17. INSTALL FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP LH

  20. CONNECT REAR NO. 1 SEAT LOCK CABLE ASSEMBLY

  24. INSTALL ROOM PARTITION NET ASSEMBLY (w/ Partition Net)
