  1. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER COVER LH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

  2. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER COVER RH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  3. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

    Use the same procedure for the No. 2 headlight cleaner clamp.

  7. REMOVE HEADLIGHT CLEANER HOSE (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

      Disengage the 6 clamps and remove the headlight cleaner hose.

  8. REMOVE NO. 5 ENGINE ROOM WIRE (w/ TOYOTA Parking Assist-sensor System)


    1. Disconnect the 6 connectors.

    2. Disengage the 9 clamps and remove the No. 5 engine room wire.

  9. REMOVE NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR (w/ TOYOTA Parking Assist-sensor System)

  10. REMOVE NO. 2 ULTRASONIC SENSOR (w/ TOYOTA Parking Assist-sensor System)

  11. REMOVE NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER (w/ TOYOTA Parking Assist-sensor System)

  12. REMOVE NO. 2 ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER (w/ TOYOTA Parking Assist-sensor System)

  13. REMOVE LOWER RADIATOR AIR DEFLECTOR


    1. A01SFNX

      Remove the 2 clips and lower radiator air deflector.

  14. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Fog Light)

  15. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Fog Light)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  16. REMOVE FOG LIGHT MOUNTING BRACKET LH


    1. Disengage the 11 claws and guide, and remove the fog light cover LH with fog light mounting bracket LH.

    2. A01SFB7

      Remove the 3 screws.

    3. Disengage the 6 claws and remove the fog light mounting bracket LH from the fog light cover LH.

    4. w/ Fog Light:


      1. A01SFT8

        Remove the protector.

  17. REMOVE FOG LIGHT MOUNTING BRACKET RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  18. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01SFA0

      Remove the 3 screws.

    2. Disengage the 9 claws and remove the radiator grille sub-assembly.

  19. REMOVE NO. 1 RADIATOR GRILLE SEAL


    1. A01SFROC01
      A01SF71 Double-sided Tape

      Disengage the 5 clips and separate the double-sided tape to remove the No. 1 radiator grille seal.

  20. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE


    1. A01SFEU

      Remove the 3 screws.

    2. Disengage the 9 claws and remove the radiator grille.

  21. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE (OR FRONT PANEL) EMBLEM


    1. A01SFAJ

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the radiator grille (or front panel) emblem.

  22. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING LH


    1. A01SFO1

      Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the 5 claws and remove the upper radiator grille moulding LH.

  23. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  24. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION MOUNTING BRACKET


    1. A01SFEZ

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the 2 guides and remove the front bumper extension mounting bracket.

  25. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER RETAINER


    1. A01SFE3

      Disengage the claw and remove the front fender liner retainer.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  26. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH


    1. A01SFLSC01
      *a Hook

      Disengage the 2 claws.

    2. Disengage the hook and remove the front bumper hole cover LH.

  27. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  28. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER MOULDING


    1. A01SFS5

      Remove the 2 clips.

    2. A01SFV9

      Disengage the 13 claws and remove the lower No. 1 radiator grille with front bumper moulding.

    3. A01SFNS

      Disengage the 8 claws and remove the front bumper moulding from the lower No. 1 radiator grille.

  29. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER PAD


    1. A01SFO9

      Remove the front bumper pad.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  30. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE RETAINER LH


    1. A01SFJBC06
      *a Bolt
      *b Screw

      Remove the bolt and screw.

    2. Disengage the 3 claws and remove the front bumper side retainer LH.

  31. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE RETAINER RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  32. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER


    1. A01SFSH

      Disengage the 2 guides and remove the front bumper energy absorber.

    2. Remove the 8 bolts and front bumper reinforcement sub-assembly.
