FRAME WIRE INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL FRAME WIRE

    CAUTION:

    Wear insulating gloves.


    1. Install the frame wire with 4 new clamps.

      Note

      The clamps are non-reusable parts.

      A01KR22 Front Side

      Insert the frame wire into the floor panel hole to engage the 3 claws.

      Tech Tips

      The arrow should be pointing toward the front of the vehicle.

      Install the nut.

      Torque:
      8.0 N*m  { 82 kgf*cm, 71 in.*lbf }
    4. A01KRH4

      Install the nut and clamp.

      Torque:
      8.0 N*m  { 82 kgf*cm, 71 in.*lbf }
    5. A01KREOC01
      *A for RHD
      *B for LHD

      Install the nut and 2 clamps.

      Torque:
      8.0 N*m  { 82 kgf*cm, 71 in.*lbf }
    6. A01KTKZ

      Install the heater water pipe sub-assembly with the nut.

      Torque:
      9.8 N*m  { 100 kgf*cm, 87 in.*lbf }
    7. A01KTQ8

      Connect the clamp.

    8. A01KT8I

      Connect the 3 clamps.

    9. Connect the No. 1 engine room relay block and No.1 junction block assembly connector to the No. 1 engine room relay block and No.1 junction block assembly.

    10. A01KRXNC01
      *a Shielded Wire Ground

      Connect the shielded wire ground.

    11. Connect the 3 frame wire connectors.

  2. INSTALL HYBRID BATTERY COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

  3. INSTALL FRONT SUSPENSION MEMBER REAR BRACE RH

    Tech Tips

    Perform the same procedure as the LH side.

  4. INSTALL REAR FLOOR SIDE MEMBER COVER RH

  5. INSTALL FRONT CENTER FLOOR COVER RH


    1. Install the front center floor cover RH with the 2 clips.

  6. INSTALL FRONT FLOOR COVER RH

      Connect the 3 clips (B) and install the front floor cover RH.

    2. Install the clip (A).

    3. Install the bolt.

  7. INSTALL FRONT NO. 1 FLOOR HEAT INSULATOR
