FRAME WIRE INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

INSTALL FRAME WIRE
CAUTION:

Wear insulating gloves.
1. Install the frame wire with 4 new clamps.
  
  Note
  
  The clamps are non-reusable parts.
2. Front Side
  
  Insert the frame wire into the floor panel hole to engage the 3 claws.
  
  Tech Tips
  
  The arrow should be pointing toward the front of the vehicle.
3. Install the nut.
  
  Torque:
  
  8.0 N*m { 82 kgf*cm, 71 in.*lbf }
4. Install the nut and clamp.
  
  Torque:
  
  8.0 N*m { 82 kgf*cm, 71 in.*lbf }
5. *A for RHD
  
  *B for LHD
  
  Install the nut and 2 clamps.
  
  Torque:
  
  8.0 N*m { 82 kgf*cm, 71 in.*lbf }
6. Install the heater water pipe sub-assembly with the nut.
  
  Torque:
  
  9.8 N*m { 100 kgf*cm, 87 in.*lbf }
7. Connect the clamp.
8. Connect the 3 clamps.
9. Connect the No. 1 engine room relay block and No.1 junction block assembly connector to the No. 1 engine room relay block and No.1 junction block assembly.
10. *a Shielded Wire Ground
  
  Connect the shielded wire ground.
11. Connect the 3 frame wire connectors.

1. Install the front center floor cover RH with the 2 clips.
INSTALL FRONT FLOOR COVER RH
1. Connect the 3 clips (B) and install the front floor cover RH.
2. Install the clip (A).
3. Install the bolt.
