  2. REMOVE INVERTER WITH CONVERTER ASSEMBLY

  3. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY

  4. REMOVE REAR UNDER SIDE COVER LH

    Click here

  5. REMOVE REAR UNDER SIDE COVER RH

    Click here

  6. REMOVE REAR UNDER COVER

    Click here

  7. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION LEG SUB-ASSEMBLY

  8. REMOVE FRONT EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY

  9. REMOVE FRONT NO. 1 FLOOR HEAT INSULATOR

  10. REMOVE FRONT FLOOR COVER RH

      Remove the bolt.

    2. Remove the clip (A).

    3. Disconnect the 3 clips (B) and remove the front floor cover RH.

  11. REMOVE FRONT CENTER FLOOR COVER RH

      Disconnect the 2 clips and remove the front center floor cover RH.

  12. REMOVE REAR FLOOR SIDE MEMBER COVER RH

  13. REMOVE FRONT SUSPENSION MEMBER REAR BRACE RH

    Tech Tips

    Perform the same procedure as the LH side.

  14. REMOVE HYBRID BATTERY COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

  15. REMOVE FRAME WIRE

    CAUTION:

    Wear insulated gloves.

    Note

    Insulate the removed connectors with insulating tape.

      *a Shielded Wire Ground

      Disconnect the 3 frame wire connectors.

    2. Disconnect the shielded wire ground.

    3. A00YNI8

      Disconnect the 3 claws and push the frame wire out from the floor panel.

    4. A00YOO4

      Disconnect the No. 1 engine room relay block and No.1 junction block assembly connector from the No. 1 engine room relay block and No.1 junction block assembly.

    5. Disconnect the 3 clamps.

    6. A00YPYD

      Disconnect the clamp.

    7. A00YPOP

      Remove the nut and heater water pipe sub-assembly.

    8. A00YMIXC01
      *A for RHD
      *B for LHD

      Remove the nut and 2 clamps.

    9. A00YMTG

      Remove the nut and clamp.

    10. A00YN3G

      Remove the nut.

    11. Disconnect the 4 clamps and remove the frame wire.

      Note

      The clamps are non-reusable parts.
