BATTERY SMART UNIT REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

1. REMOVE HV BATTERY

   Click here

2. REMOVE NO. 1 HYBRID VEHICLE BATTERY COVER PANEL LH

   Click here

3. REMOVE BATTERY VOLTAGE SENSOR

   CAUTION:

   Wear insulating gloves.

   Note

   Insulate the removed connector with insulating tape.

   
   

   1. 

      Disconnect the battery voltage sensor connector from the battery voltage sensor.

   2. 

      Remove the bolt and battery voltage sensor from the HV battery.
