HYBRID VEHICLE CONTROL ECU(for LHD) INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL HYBRID VEHICLE CONTROL ECU ASSEMBLY


    1. A01KR4O

      Engage the 2 claws to install the hybrid vehicle control ECU assembly as shown in the illustration.

  2. INSTALL ECU INTEGRATION BOX RH


    1. Engage the guide and install the ECU integration box RH with the 3 bolts.

      Torque:
      12 N*m  { 122 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf }

    2. Engage the 2 clamps.

    3. Connect each connector.

    4. Engage the 2 clamps.

  3. INSTALL GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR ASSEMBLY

  4. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

  5. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE AUXILIARY BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.
