INTEGRATION RELAY INSPECTION

PROCEDURE

1. INSPECT INTEGRATION RELAY

   
   

   1. Inspect the IG2 relay.

      
      
      1. 

         *a	Component without harness connected (Integration Relay)

         Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

         Standard Resistance
         Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition 1L-1 - 1K-4 Auxiliary battery voltage is not applied between terminals 1K-3 and 1K-2 10 kΩ or higher 1L-1 - 1K-4 Auxiliary battery voltage is applied between terminals 1K-3 and 1K-2 Below 1 Ω

         If the result is not as specified, replace the integration relay.

   2. Inspect the BATT FAN relay.

      
      
      1. 

         *a	Component without harness connected (Integration Relay)

         Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

         Standard Resistance
         Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition 1L-1 - 1K-8 Auxiliary battery voltage is not applied between terminals 1K-7 and 1K-6 10 kΩ or higher 1L-1 - 1K-8 Auxiliary battery voltage is applied between terminals 1K-7 and 1K-6 Below 1 Ω

         If the result is not as specified, replace the integration relay.

   3. Inspect the EFI-MAIN relay.

      
      
      1. 

         *a	Component without harness connected (Integration Relay)

         Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

         Standard Resistance
         Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition 1L-1 - 1J-4 Auxiliary battery voltage is not applied between terminals 1J-2 and 1J-3 10 kΩ or higher 1L-1 - 1J-4 Auxiliary battery voltage is applied between terminals 1J-2 and 1J-3 Below 1 Ω

         If the result is not as specified, replace the integration relay.

   4. Inspect the HORN relay.

      
      
      1. 

         *a	Component without harness connected (Integration Relay)

         Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

         Standard Resistance
         Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition 1L-1 - 1J-8 Auxiliary battery voltage is not applied between terminals 1J-6 and 1J-7 10 kΩ or higher 1L-1 - 1J-8 Auxiliary battery voltage is applied between terminals 1J-6 and 1J-7 Below 1 Ω

         If the result is not as specified, replace the integration relay.
