There are two different types of front drive shaft assembly LH available.

*A for Type A *B for Type B

Dimension (A) 25 mm (0.984 in.)
Dimension (B) 23.7 mm (0.933 in.)

PROCEDURE


  1. INSPECT FRONT DRIVE SHAFT ASSEMBLY


    1. A00YQ76

      Check that there is no excessive play in the radial direction of the outboard joint.

    2. Check that the inboard joint slides smoothly in the thrust direction.

    3. Check that there is no excessive play in the radial direction of the inboard joint.

    4. Check the boots for damage.

    5. A00YMK7N21

      Check whether the drive shaft dimension (A) is within specification.

      Note

      Keep the drive shaft assembly level during inspection.
