MOTOR CABLE REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE INVERTER WITH CONVERTER ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE INVERTER RESERVE TANK ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  3. REMOVE INVERTER TRAY BRACKET

    Click here

  4. REMOVE MOTOR CABLE

    CAUTION:

    Wear insulated gloves.


    1. A00YPTG

      Disconnect the 3 clamps from the wire harness clamp bracket and motor cable bracket.

    2. A00YN45

      Remove the 2 bolts and slide the motor cable connector shell back.

    3. A00YOX3

      Disengage the 2 claws to remove the terminal cap from the hybrid vehicle transaxle assembly.

    4. A00YOQ9

      Remove the 3 bolts and motor cable from the hybrid vehicle transaxle assembly.
