PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL NO. 1 RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL


    1. B001CES

      Install a new No. 1 radiator support seal to the radiator assembly.

  2. INSTALL NO. 2 RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL


    1. B001I3B

      Install a new No. 2 radiator support seal to the radiator assembly.

  3. INSTALL NO. 2 RADIATOR SUPPORT


    1. B001DVT

      Install the 2 No. 2 radiator supports and 2 No. 1 radiator support bushes as shown in the illustration.

  4. INSTALL NO. 1 RADIATOR SUPPORT


    1. B001IIL

      Install the 2 No. 1 radiator supports and 2 No. 1 radiator support bushes as shown in the illustration.

  5. INSTALL RADIATOR ASSEMBLY


    1. Insert the tabs of the radiator support into the radiator service holes.

    2. B001DCN

      Install the radiator assembly with the 4 bolts to the radiator support.

      Torque:
      18 N*m  { 184 kgf*cm, 13 ft.*lbf }

  6. INSTALL FAN SHROUD

  7. INSTALL RADIATOR RESERVOIR

    Click here

  8. INSTALL NO. 2 RADIATOR HOSE

    Click here

  9. INSTALL NO. 1 RADIATOR HOSE

    Click here

  10. INSTALL RADIATOR SIDE DEFLECTOR LH


    1. Attach the 3 claws to the radiator support.

    2. Install the radiator side deflector LH with the clip.

  11. INSTALL RADIATOR SIDE DEFLECTOR RH


    1. Attach the 3 claws to the radiator support.

    2. Install the radiator side deflector RH with the clip.

  12. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER UPPER RETAINER


    1. Install the front bumper upper retainer with the 3 bolts.

      Torque:
      8.0 N*m  { 82 kgf*cm, 71 in.*lbf }

  13. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER

  14. ADD ENGINE COOLANT

    Click here

  15. INSPECT FOR ENGINE COOLANT LEAK

    Click here

  16. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

  17. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER LOWER

  18. INSTALL UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL
