PROCEDURE


  1. MOUNT INJECTION PUMP


    1. A01XICWE03

      Mount the injection pump on SST.

  2. REMOVE NO. 4 NOZZLE LEAKAGE PIPE


    1. A01XHZH

      Remove the overflow screw, nozzle leakage pipe and 2 washers.

    2. Remove the bolt and wiring bracket.

  3. REMOVE FUEL FILTER TO INJECTION PUMP FUEL PIPE


    1. Remove the cap nut, fuel pipe and 2 washers.

    2. Remove the fuel inlet hollow screw and washer.

  4. REMOVE TIMING CONTROL VALVE

      *1 5 mm Hexagon Wrench

      Using a 5 mm hexagon wrench, remove the 2 bolts and timing control valve.

  5. REMOVE DISTRIBUTIVE HEAD PLUG

      Using SST, remove the distributive head plug.

    2. Remove the O-ring.

  6. REMOVE DELIVERY VALVE


    1. A01XHIQE03

      Using SST, remove the 4 delivery valve holders and 4 springs.

    2. Remove the 4 delivery valves and 4 gaskets.

      Tech Tips

      Arrange the delivery valves, springs and holders in the order they were removed.

      Note

      Do not touch the sliding surfaces of the delivery valve with your hand.
