INSTRUMENT PANEL SAFETY PAD (for TMC, TMMR Made) REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL GARNISH SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. B000HGD

      Engage the 14 clips.

    2. B000J83

      Install the No. 2 instrument panel garnish sub-assembly with the 2 screws <D>.

  2. INSTALL NO. 2 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT


    1. B000NG1

      Install the No. 2 heater to register duct with the 2 screws <D>.

  3. INSTALL NAVIGATION ANTENNA ASSEMBLY (w/ Navigation Antenna)


    1. Engage the 2 clamps.

    2. Install the navigation antenna assembly with the 2 screws.

  4. INSTALL DEFROSTER NOZZLE ASSEMBLY

      Engage the 2 guides.

    2. Install the defroster nozzle assembly with the 3 screws <D>.

  5. INSTALL ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. for LHD:


      1. Engage the 8 clamps to install the antenna cord sub-assembly.

    2. for RHD:


      1. Engage the 10 clamps to install the antenna cord sub-assembly.

  6. INSTALL NO. 2 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT

      Engage the 2 claws.

    2. Install the No. 2 side defroster nozzle duct with the screw <D>.

  7. INSTALL NO. 1 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT

      Engage the 2 claws.

    2. Install the No. 1 side defroster nozzle duct with the screw <D>.

  8. INSTALL ION GENERATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET (w/ Ion Generator)


    1. Install the ion generator sub-assembly with bracket with the 3 screws.

  9. INSTALL NO. 3 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT (for LHD)


    1. B000MPB

      Install the No. 3 heater to register duct with the 3 screws <D>.

    2. Install the clip.

  10. INSTALL HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT ASSEMBLY (for RHD)


    1. Engage the heater to register duct assembly to the ion generator assembly.

    2. B000IP2

      Install the heater to register duct assembly with the 3 screws <D>.

    3. Install the clip.

  11. INSTALL NO. 1 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT (except LHD with Ion Generator)


    1. B000GYH

      Install the No. 1 heater to register duct with the 3 screws <D>.

    2. Install the clip.

  12. INSTALL HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT ASSEMBLY (for LHD with Ion Generator)


    1. Engage the heater to register duct assembly to the ion generator assembly.

    2. B000KOO

      Install the heater to register duct assembly with the 3 screws <D>.

    3. Install the clip.

  13. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL PASSENGER AIRBAG ASSEMBLY

    Note

    If the hooks are not engaged in the correct order, the deployment part of the instrument panel passenger airbag assembly may be damaged.


    1. B000ISY

      Engage the 3 hooks as shown in the illustration.

    2. Push the instrument panel passenger airbag assembly to engage the 3 hooks.

    3. Install the 2 screws to install the instrument panel passenger airbag assembly.

  14. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL PIN


    1. Install the 4 No. 1 instrument panel pins with the 4 screws <D>.
