PTC HEATER ASSEMBLY INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL QUICK HEATER ASSEMBLY


    1. B000HG6

      Insert the quick heater assembly as shown in the illustration.

    2. Install the 2 screws.

    3. Engage the 4 clamps.

    4. Install the quick heater assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:
      20 N*m  { 199 kgf*cm, 14 ft.*lbf }

    5. Connect the quick heater connector.

  2. INSTALL NO. 1 AIR DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. B000IW7

      Engage the guide and 2 claws to install the No. 1 air duct sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

  3. INSTALL FLOOR CARPET BRACKET RH


    1. Engage the 2 guides.

    2. Install the floor carpet bracket RH with the 2 clips.

  4. INSTALL SHIFT LEVER SUPPORT
