BLOWER UNIT (for TMC, TMMR Made) REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING UNIT ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE NO. 1 AIR DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Disengage the 2 claws and guide, and remove the No. 1 air duct sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

  3. REMOVE NO. 6 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT ASSEMBLY


    1. B000JUQ

      Disengage the 2 claws and 2 guides, and remove the No. 6 heater to register duct assembly as shown in the illustration.

  4. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING HARNESS ASSEMBLY (for Dual Type)

      Remove the heater packing as shown in the illustration.

    2. B000KIO

      Disconnect the 5 connectors.

    3. Disengage 7 clamps and remove the air conditioning harness assembly.

  5. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING HARNESS ASSEMBLY (for 3 Zone Type)


    1. B000J8K

      Remove the heater packing as shown in the illustration.

    2. B000ISQ

      Disconnect the 6 connectors.

    3. Disengage 7 clamps and remove the air conditioning harness assembly.

  6. REMOVE BLOWER ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the blower assembly.
