AIR CONDITIONING UNIT (for TMMK Made) DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE NO. 1 AIR DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Disengage the 2 claws and guide, and remove the No. 1 air duct sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

  2. REMOVE NO. 6 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT ASSEMBLY

      Disengage the 2 claws and 2 guides, and remove the No. 6 heater to register duct assembly as shown in the illustration.

  3. REMOVE COOLER THERMISTOR HOSE

      Disengage the clamp and remove the cooler thermistor hose.

  4. REMOVE ASPIRATOR

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the aspirator.

  5. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING HARNESS ASSEMBLY

      Remove the heater packing as shown in the illustration.

    2. B000J55

      Disconnect the 5 connectors.

    3. Disengage the 5 clamps and remove the air conditioning harness assembly.

  6. REMOVE COOLER EXPANSION VALVE

      Using a 4 mm hexagon socket wrench, remove the 2 hexagon bolts and cooler expansion valve.

  7. REMOVE BLOWER ASSEMBLY WITH COOLER EVAPORATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 6 screws.

    2. Disengage the 4 claws and remove the blower assembly with cooler evaporator sub-assembly.

  8. REMOVE NO. 1 COOLER THERMISTOR

      Disengage the 2 clamps.

    2. Remove the No. 1 cooler thermistor.

  9. REMOVE NO. 1 COOLER EVAPORATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the No. 1 cooler evaporator sub-assembly from the blower assembly as shown in the illustration.

    2. B000I5K

      Remove the 2 O-rings from the No. 1 cooler evaporator sub-assembly.

  10. REMOVE NO. 2 AIR CONDITIONING RADIATOR DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. B000IKI

      Remove the 2 screws and No. 2 air conditioning radiator damper servo sub-assembly.

  11. REMOVE HEATER RADIATOR UNIT SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. B000MCV

      Disengage the 3 claws and remove the heater clamp.

    2. B000KY2

      Remove the screw and clamp.

    3. B000JND

      Remove the heater radiator unit sub-assembly from the air conditioning radiator assembly as shown in the illustration.

      Note

      Prepare a drain pan or cloth in case the cooling water leaks.

  12. REMOVE NO. 1 AIR CONDITIONING RADIATOR DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 3 screws and No. 1 air conditioning radiator damper servo servo sub-assembly.
