REAR SEATBACK HEATER (for Fold Down Seat Type) REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY LH


    1. Disconnect the rear seat outer belt assembly from the rear seat center shoulder belt guide.

    2. Fold down the rear seatback assembly LH.

      Disengage the fastener as shown in the illustration.

    4. w/o Seat Heater System:


      1. B000LMV

        Remove the 2 bolts and rear seatback assembly LH.

        Note

        Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

    5. w/ Seat Heater System:


      1. B000LMV

        Remove the 2 bolts and disconnect the rear seatback assembly LH.

      2. B000I3I

        Disconnect the connector.

      3. Disengage the clamp and remove the rear seatback assembly LH.

        Note

        Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

  3. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY RH


    1. Fold down the rear seatback assembly RH.

      Disengage the fastener as shown in the illustration.

    3. w/o Seat Heater System:


      1. B000J3W

        Remove the 2 bolts and rear seatback assembly RH.

        Note

        Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

    4. w/ Seat Heater System:


      1. B000J3W

        Remove the 2 bolts and disconnect the rear seatback assembly RH.

      2. B000H9I

        Disconnect the connector.

      3. Disengage the clamp and remove the rear seatback assembly RH.

        Note

        Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

  4. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER SHOULDER BELT GUIDE (for LH Side)


    1. B000HWB

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the guide and remove the rear seat center shoulder belt guide.

  5. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK UPPER LOCK BEZEL (for LH Side)


    1. B000LFE

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the rear seatback upper lock bezel.

  6. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD (for LH Side)


    1. B000M6X

      Disengage the 2 hooks.

    2. B000JX5

      Remove the 6 hog rings.

    3. B000N50

      Disengage the 2 hooks.

    4. B000M49

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear seat headrest supports.

    5. Remove the separate type rear seatback cover with pad from the rear seatback frame sub-assembly LH.

  7. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER (REAR SEATBACK HEATER SUB-ASSEMBLY) (for LH Side)


    1. B000H2C

      Remove the 6 hog rings and separate type rear seatback cover (rear seatback heater sub-assembly) from the separate type rear seatback pad.

  8. REMOVE NO. 1 SEAT ARMREST CAP (for RH Side)

      *a Protective Tape

      Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 3 claws and remove the No. 1 seat armrest cap.

  9. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST ASSEMBLY (for RH Side)


    1. B000HDM

      Remove the bolt and washer.

    2. Disengage the guide and remove the rear seat center armrest assembly.

    3. B000I93

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the bush.

  10. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK HINGE COVER (for RH Side)


    1. B000H33

      Remove the rear seatback hinge cover as shown in the illustration.

  11. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK UPPER LOCK BEZEL (for RH Side)


    1. B000NQW

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the rear seatback upper lock bezel.

  12. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD (for RH Side)


    1. B000JAQ

      Disengage the 2 hooks.

    2. B000KWJ

      Remove the 7 hog rings.

    3. B000M1J

      Disengage the 2 hooks.

    4. B000NC9

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear seat headrest supports.

    5. Remove the separate type rear seatback cover with pad from the rear seatback frame sub-assembly RH.

  13. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER (REAR SEATBACK HEATER SUB-ASSEMBLY) (for RH Side)


    1. B000L1H

      Remove the 7 hog rings.

    2. B000LES

      Remove the 8 hog rings and separate type rear seatback cover (rear seatback heater sub-assembly) from the separate type rear seatback pad.
