LUMBAR SUPPORT ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY (for TMMK Made Power Seat) REMOVAL

CAUTION:

Wear protective gloves. Sharp areas on the parts may injure your hands.


  1. REMOVE FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY LH

    Click here

  2. DISCONNECT SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK COVER

      Disconnect the 2 rubber bands of the separate type front seatback cover.

  3. DISCONNECT CONNECTORS


    1. B000LDVE01

      Disconnect the connector (A).

    2. Disengage the clamp (B).

    3. Disengage the claw (D) and 3 clamps (C) to separate the front seat airbag assembly wire harness.

    4. Disconnect the connector (E).

    5. Disengage the clamp (F).

  4. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD

      Disengage the hook.

    2. B000HT4

      Disengage the 2 fasteners.

    3. B000JIM

      Turn back the separate type front seatback cover.

    4. B000HNP

      Disengage the 2 hooks.

    5. B000L5U

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 front seat headrest supports.

    6. B000NMJ

      Remove the separate type front seatback cover with pad.

  5. REMOVE LUMBAR SUPPORT ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY


    1. B000GWX

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Disengage the 4 claws.

    3. Disengage the 2 guides to remove the lumbar support adjuster assembly.

    4. Remove the 2 front seatback hooks from the lumbar support adjuster assembly.
