POWER SEAT SWITCH (for TMMR Made Front Side with Seat Position Memory System) REMOVAL

CAUTION:

Wear protective gloves. Sharp areas on the parts may injure your hands.


  1. REMOVE FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY LH

  2. REMOVE SLIDE AND VERTICAL POWER SEAT SWITCH KNOB

      Using a moulding remover, disengage the 4 claws to remove the slide and vertical power seat switch knob.

  3. REMOVE RECLINING POWER SEAT SWITCH KNOB

      Using a moulding remover, disengage the 4 claws to remove the reclining power seat switch knob.

  4. DISCONNECT SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK COVER


    1. B000HL3

      Disconnect the rubber band of the separate type front seatback cover.

  5. REMOVE FRONT NO. 1 SEAT INNER CUSHION SHIELD LH


    1. B000KCL

      Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the 2 claws to remove the front No. 1 seat inner cushion shield LH from the clip as shown in the illustration.

    3. B000KY8

      Disengage the 3 claws and 3 guides to remove the front No. 1 seat inner cushion shield LH as shown in the illustration.

  6. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD LH

      Disengage the 4 claws, 7 guides and clip to remove the front seat cushion shield LH.

      *1 Wire Harness Cover

      Disengage the 2 claws and open the wire harness cover.

    3. Remove the wire harness from the wire harness cover.

    4. Disengage the 2 wire harness clamps.

    5. Disconnect the 2 connectors from the position control ECU and switch assembly.

    6. B000MSA

      Disconnect the connector from the front lumbar power seat switch.

  7. REMOVE POSITION CONTROL ECU AND SWITCH ASSEMBLY


    1. B000HRR

      Remove the 3 screws and position control ECU and switch assembly from the front seat cushion shield LH.
